4 eating habits that make you healthy

  1. Taking food at regular intervals:
    The most important aspect of the diet is to plan the diet according to your goals. When planning a diet, it should be noted that instead of consuming heavy meals once a day, we should take it as small meals – such as morning breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, dinner, at night. Apart from this, we should select healthy foods, take care of which food is coming from protein, carbohydrates, and fats.

For example, there should be complex carbohydrates in food. Complex carbohydrate health helps to maintain weight and lose weight. It is found in brown rice, dry fruits, green vegetable potatoes, etc. Similarly, good fat consists of polyunsaturated and mono unsaturated fats that contain omega-3 fatty acids which reduces inflammation in the body.

Almonds, peanuts, walnuts, cashews, flax seeds and chia seeds are good in fat and complex carbohydrates.

  1. Healthy Breakfast (Breakfast)
    Breakfast is the most important part of your diet. After a long 8-hour sleep, your body immediately needs energy. A breakfast with protein carbohydrates and fats keeps you energetic throughout the day. The food that you eat in the morning is completely digested and used by the body.
  2. Taking milk before bed at night:
    Milk contains casein protein which is believed to be slow digested and slow protein release. It usually takes 5-6 hours to digest compared to the protein of wheat. Therefore, it is good to drink milk before bedtime, so that your body keeps getting protein and other nutrients even while sleeping at night. It is best to drink double toned milk or skimmed milk.
